so this past week was pretty fun, On Monday I was at summer fun. I got to go to my sisters group with the 5th and 6th graders. I know a lot of the kids in that group because most of them went to Holomua, and they were all around my age. we played some games like dodge ball, which i really suck at because everybody aims for me whenever they have the chance. On Tuesday, I was at leadership with everybody else. We mostly worked on our bio cubes, I finally got to finish mine after how long it took, then most of the girls went to Pho for lunch, but I couldn't go because I went to a dodge ball tournament for summer fun. I have so much to do in summer fun, sucks I don't get paid right?! But on Wednesday I went on an excursion to gun stock ranch and rode horses with again, my summer fun group. There was horse poo everywhere, it was so hard to avoid stepping in it, but I guess I'm a secret stealth ninja and missed stepping in it, but when we got back my sister had to do this thing where they tied a box to her hips and she had to dance to shake everything out of the box. Thursday I was back at leadership, and we practiced setting up the music room, and we had to set it up by ourselves then play music. Then when he had free time, we tried to play cards with fiber bars. Then we had to move all of the desks out of A101 and stack all of the chairs so they could wax the floors. so when I got home it was crazy to find out my nephew came overrrrr he was takin pictures on the computer for some reason and it was funny. he likes the photo booth a lot I guess.
The highlight of this week was being able to come to leadership and learn something new every time. WITHOUT GETTING BORED! That's pretty rare, I really like it. I hope it last throughout the whole year! I'm getting more and more excited to be apart of leadership. I'm confident that the other girls are too.
Lesson learned, I learned that procrastination is something you shouldn't do, I put off working on my bio cube and name tag until the last minute, so I had to stay up past midnight to finish both. The end result was great, but I would have been more satisfied if I had finished it earlier on and had more time to do touch-ups, I will work on it.
